You are not just an employee, you are family! This position is Full-Time, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Job responsibilities Greets customers, vendors and guests.
Determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
Presents themselves professionally Answers, screens and directs phone calls to staff.
Take messages as necessary.
Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail Update company's CRM in dealer software system Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance Monitor customer traffic by Salesmen Receives and distributes mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries.
Provides support for inventory clerk and supporting team with scanning and uploading of new unit documents and photos for quick and efficient processing to our website and DMS.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to operate a multi-line phone system.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple tasks and demands.
Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required.
