Village Camp is actively seeking an experienced Outdoor Hospitality Professional to join our team and launch our newest brand, Village Camp - Flagstaff.
This role will be integral to the brand and is a fast track to RVP with 3 more properties ready to rebrand after this.
We are planning to open the Flagstaff location in May 2023, and we are looking to make immediate hire for pre-open marketing and construction responsibilities.

Founded in 2020 as the newest brand of outdoor hospitality from seasoned operator, Roberts Resorts, Village Camp focuses on bringing people closer to nature with state-of-the-art facilities, unique accommodations, and specialized onsite programming.

Perform ongoing duties as prescribed by Managers Mix traditional and creative cocktails Process payment from customers Maintain a clean bar and dining area according to Arizona Department of Health Services standards Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere Able to provide Food Handlers and Arizona Liquor Board Certificates prior to beginning duties Performs other related duties as assigned All duties and responsibilities are essential functions and requirements and are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
Requirements:
ROLE REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Oral & written communication skills Organization, Reading skills & time management While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear, and taste or smell.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see colors Physical Activities:
Lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching overhead.
Lifting Requirements:
Up to 75 lbs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
