Job Description During a typical day, you will:
Deliver results on store profitability goalsProvide quality customer sales experience through the efficient execution of all customer transactionsHandle cash and accurately enter transactions into the systemManage the sales team to ensure sales targets are metContact customers over the phone with past due balances and negotiate payment terms and schedulesHire and develop the store sales teamAudit documentation to ensure accuracyEnsure safety, security, and compliance policies are followed Qualifications Successful candidates will:
Have a minimum of one year experience in a management or team lead roleHave a minimum of one year of financial services and sales experienceBe sales driven and customer service focusedHave a passion for sales and developing a sales teamHave a track record of developing a sales team and achieving sales goalsHave previous cash handling experienceHave a high school diploma or equivalent work experience Additional Information About us:
