Duties include but are not limited to:
Support the RV Customer Service Philosophy and Standards.
Create and maintain a positive relationship in the Service Center with our customers.
Participate in service meetings for Safety, Technical Updates, and employee communication.
Attend weekly product update meeting with management team.
Participate in the process of continuous improvement for customers, employees & the Company.

Has been in Customer Service positions and loves making customers happy! Passionate about customer service & positivity.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Organizational skills.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Can pass a background check.
