The HR Associate is an entry-level position that plays a vital role in supporting the human resources department.
This role will assist with various HR functions, ensuring compliance and contributing to the overall smooth operations within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department and providing clerical support.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
Update HR databases and systems with relevant information.
Transition physical employee files to digital files.
Provide support for payroll processing with the goal of eventually assuming full responsibility for the process.
Maintaining employee confidentiality.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
An associate degree or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in an HR-related role or administrative position is helpful.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
